What we mean by 'metaphysics' varies from alter to alter, but generally it means a belief / beliefs that seem bizarre or illogical to others.

Some alters may self-describe these beliefs as delusions, but others have a strong dislike for the term, so please try to use the terminology that each alter prefers!
